New Vista launches “Community Conversations”

Effective at the end of 2024, I no longer offer SEE courses in the same way. Those well-crafted courses will be enjoyed by many more.

My mission is to help build a strong community among a locally based or an online community by facilitating Community Conversations. Any church or spiritual center can contact me and set up a (usually) 5-week online course.

I want to help small communities that don’t have a minister or those are in the search for one. Or centers that have part-time ministers who would like help with teaching.

Over the past ten years, I crafted SEE courses specific to New Thought in the 21st century. I have a large collection of video lessons from my retired courses and want to share them, along with weekly online discussions, with your local spiritual community or church. My focus is on centers that may not currently have a spiritual leader or those with a part-time minister who would appreciate support with teaching.

Community Conversations

Serving centers that may not currently have a spiritual leader or those with a part-time minister who would appreciate support with teaching.

Engage in Rich Spiritual Conversations using these Unity courses:

  • Metaphysics 1

  • Metaphysics 2

  • Metaphysics 3 & 4 (combined)

  • Jesus' Teachings

  • Overview of Hebrew Scriptures (using my book "Evolution in the Bible")

  • Overview of Christian Scriptures

  • Unity Prayer

  • The Christ

  • Twelve Powers (includes guided meditations for each power)

  • Spiral Dynamics Introduction and Application

  • Five Important Skills for Every Prayer Chaplain (not an SEE course)

Format: I provide my prerecorded video lesson for each week, based on the book we're reading. In the video, I highlight and explain what's important to me and I provide frequent explanations of Unity's ideas and its history. You come to class ready to engage in discussion. (You really should watch my video and you don't have to read the selection, but you will be better prepared if you do.)

Credit: All except the last 2 courses are SEE courses. You can get credit for this course if you contact Rev Pat before the class begins.
